Paranormal investigators investigate an abandoned asylum as they learn about the history behind the hauntings. Clarisse and the rest of the team experience visual and auditory paranormal activities until history repeats itself and Clarisse and her unborn baby are at risk. This is a suspenseful and descriptive story with plenty of action within one location.

This is a paranormal horror story as Paranormal Jack Jnr and Clarisse investigate a house overlooking Ghost Gully. Clarisse seems to struggle the most in the house, finding herself in frightening situations as she relies on Jack to rescue her. Jack, on the other, relishes the near-death experiences and is fascinated with the prospect of life after death. Over time, Clarisse's confidence grows and she throws herself at the horror she encounters in the house. The story follows both perspectives in the third person but delves into their thoughts and concerns.
