Received this book from LibraryThing Early Reviewers and thank you.

Killer Double is a Sam Casey / Chase Dagger Mystery written by Sandra Tooley. The book is about a trail of bodies that reveals the M.O. of a serial killer. It can only be the work of a copycat. After all, the real killer died years ago. If that is true, then why are his prints left at the crime scenes?
From Hilton Head, SC to the shores of Lake Michigan, this case calls for a collaboration of unusual detectives. S.D. Tooley has combined the characters in her Sam Casey series and Chase Dagger series (written as Lee Driver) to create an exciting thriller. Sam’s use of Native American mysticism complements Sara’s shapeshifting abilities and Dagger’s lab-enhanced talents.
A case this bizarre is right up Dagger’s alley, but he is not about ready to share it with another detective team. Headstrong Chase Dagger does not trust ex-FBI agent Jake Mitchell, so it will be up to Sam and Sara to keep the two from killing each other before the case is solved .
Really enjoyed reading this book, which has so many different talented people with amazing gifts that make them remarkably interesting characters. Even Dillion has powers.
Please do not make this the last book in the series, we want more.

This is an excellent book. It is well written. The plot progresses logically, with each chapter introducing a new element of the plot. The reader learns a great deal about the characters. This is not the usual genre of mystery stories I read, but I am very happy to have had the pleasure of this book. There is a mixture of mysticism, folklore, even science fiction, all wrapped up in a mystery story. However, it is definitely not a cozy mystery. I would recommend anyone who appreciates a good mystery story read this work.

Across the country the body count is rising. Chase Dagger sees a connection to the serial killer, Paul Addison, who wreaked havoc during a full moon on a Friday the 13th (Full Moon-Bloody Moon, Book 2). But Dagger and his partner, Sara, had a hand in Addison's fiery death. If Addison is dead, then why are the killings increasingly more brutal as it approaches June 13th, the next rare occurrence of a full moon on a Friday the 13th? And if there isn't a connection, then why are all the victims women? And why is each named Sara?… (plus d'informations)
