I really hate to do this, as I won a copy through the goodreads giveaway, and the author signed and shipped it to Canada, but here's my honest review.
The premise of the book is interesting, but ultimately falls flat as you read.The characters don't act or speak like normal humans, it's like they are just giving mini speeches everytime they open their mouths, not having a conversation. And then there is the "test" that he begrudgingly ends up taking, I won't spoil it, but it's just ridiculous, it makes no sense.

I really loved this book. The imagery was fantastic, it was well written, it was fast paced, and it was one of the most original books I've read. At first I felt as though I was plunged head first in the middle of a story that was lacking a beginning but by the middle of the book I realized that the information was coming at its own time and it suited the story well. If I had one complaint it would have to be that I would have loved the book to be longer. And for those deciding whether to read this book, know that I mean that in the most complimentary way.
I loved every minute and would aboustely recommend it!… (plus d'informations)
