Farewell to God: My Reasons for Rejecting the… par Charles Templeton
Not an easy book to read, as it dismisses Christians as primitive simpletons who still believe in the fables of the Bible. Most of the criticisms of the Bible I had heard of before and are hardly new. Other criticisms of the modern church are valid. But Mr. Templeton views of the world if they are true dont provide much hope. Things like the virgin birth, Jesus' miracles, crucifixion and ressurection are impossible according to human reason but isn't that what make them true.
