Fred Taylor (3), born April 28, 1940, is an associate Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Florida. Library of Congress Authorities lists Fred Taylor (3) as Fred J. Taylor.

"Fred Taylor, the illustrator, studied at Goldsmiths' College and later worked at the Waring and Gillow Studio. However, he is best remembered for the striking posters he produced for the London and North Eastern Railway, London Transport and various shipping companies. He exhibited at the Royal Academy and other galleries, and during the Second World War waas engaged in naval camouflage work."
