While the lines come straight from the movie, I love the animation in the manga version of Star Wars. This first volume goes all the way up to Luke deciding to follow Ben and learn the ways of the force. It includes the scene between Biggs and Luke that was eventually cut out of the original film.

The good guys fight back to the Death Star. The good guys don't even know that they are walking into a trap. They get help from guys that live in the forest and survive the fight. The boy that found the group actually loses a friend.

Obi - Wan Kenobi and Luke Skywalker find Chewie and Han. They need to save the princess! The war starts and it seems like that the princess is smarter than Luke and Han because Luke and Han didn't have a plan.

In this book the good guys try and defeat the dark side and get back the Death Star. But before that they have to get a good, fast ship. It ends up to be the Millennium Falcon from Han and Chewie. They have to sell their landspeeder. The battle starts they find Princess Leia and then the dark side strikes. Ben (Obi - Wan Kenobi) dies by a lasersword strike from Darth Vader and Luke is boiling. It was his best friend.
