The book was interesting and full of teaching moments from a medical doctor whom was struck with ALS ( Lou Gehrig's disease early in his life.) He took a different road and without giving much away about the book , he has lived over ten years or so with this type of neurodegenerative disease . His mind is active enough that he has been able to keep learning and understanding his purpose for being here- how this affects his family was not really described too much but he seems to have created a world even being locked in his own body. I think most of the book was his venue to grieve losses in his life- understandably so. I did find the book a little preachy in some parts but overall inspirational .… (plus d'informations)

A obra discorre sobre uma forma alternativa de organizar o trabalho e as tarefas relacionadas. Começou no mundo do desenvolvimento de software e se espalhou para outras disciplinas.

O método, na minha visão, realmente funciona e aumenta a eficiência das equipes. Tive a oportunidade de participar da implementação do método em um dos departamentos em que trabalhei e notei um ganho de eficiência.

A obra explica e aborda o básico do método e é bem estruturada. É escrita em linguagem acessível e apresenta casos de uso reais do modelo.… (plus d'informations)
