delightfully captures the street scene in chicago through much of 1999 .. i saw these cows trouncing the thoroughfares in fall of that year. my favorite: a dorothy themed one with, yes you guessed it, ruby slippered, um .. hooves.

nicely designed. a picture book really. lovely. i pair it on my shelf near the kids books, along with the PARTY animals book capturing the elepants and donkeys that adored the streets of DC in the early 2000s.
