There is a LOT of information in this book, and for me, it read more like a history book than a Hard Case Crime novel. And “I know a guy…” leads to a never ending list of names, overwhelmingly so! If you’re looking for a detailed book about the rise of organized crime in the United States, especially the Jewish mob, this is a good read. If, like me, you’re interested in more of a fiction story, you might want to take a pass on this one.… (plus d'informations)
