This is the first book that I have ever read from Joyce, and I surely plan on reading more. The scene in the first chapter had me reeling, especially with the in depth details of the characters. These characters were true to life, with their "can't be bothered" attitude. As this novel does follow a real life event, I knew that it was going to be a one night read for me.

I enjoy novels that leave you guessing, Fair Disclosure provided just that. A guessing game to the end. I found the relationship between Jillian and Chad to be just as intriguing as the crime itself. The way the two interact adds almost a separate novel within the pages. Jillian and Chad's history was something that I have witnessed and was able to relate too. At least as far as the marriage and divorce part-Jillian's previous kidnapping-now that was so very subtle in the beginning. I liked how it evolved into furthering the depth of Jillian's character.

If you are looking for a great and very quick read, with twists-turns-and a fair share of plausible suspects Fair Disclosure is just the book for you. Be prepared to start the book and finish it before you realize it.

A heart-pounding start to a thrilling mystery. Emily thinks she's finally found a place to start over. An idyllic, small, southern California town, an ex-fiancee mostly in the background, and new love on the horizon. But not all is well in paradise. Death, the past, and suspicion all combine to throw Emily's world into chaos, as the reader rides right alongside her, feeling each hairpin turn and steep slope.

I swear I just want to shake Emily and Jackson! Other than that I absolutely love this book. It's a great new addition to the Emily Lazzaro series. A mysterious body, drugs, romance...Dangerous Delays has it all. Full of heartwarming moments and mystery, you won't want to set it down for a moment. If you love sweet mysteries, you'll love this book!

Dangerous Questions is a brilliant new installment in the Lazzaro mysteries. Although it seems strange to some of those surrounding her that Emily cares so much about an employee disappearing, Emily is undeterred in asking questions, and poking around, even when there are people about that set off red alerts for her. An absolute page-turner that is packed with mystery, thrills, and just a dash of romance. With international investors and a plucky 7-year-old about, nothing is as it seems, and everything is curious. A book that will keep you guessing throughout.… (plus d'informations)
