Wow this is a rip-roaring pirate adventure of the best kind! Fleur thinks her father is just a landlord of the Pandora Inn in an ordinary little town on the Cornish coast of old England. But when her father is set upon by pirates he tells her the truth about who she really is just before he is killed. As promised by him, her uncle comes to collect her to take her to a distant cousin's place in the Caribbean. What he doesn't tell her is that her uncle is ...the feared pirate captain William Hart, and that she comes from a long line of pirates!!! Fleur discovers the sea is in her blood and her father made sure she knew all the skills a pirate would need like fighting and seamanship. She also realises that she must retrieve the jewelled staff taken from her father when he was killed by the enemy pirate Alexander Blood … but can she do it????
