I learned a few new things....but this book is basically for women who have never had one, or who are just starting out in life.....that being said, there is some really interesting info on the female anatomy and why certain things happen.

I probably would have learned something if I read this when I was 14.

Awesome book with all sorts of tips, guidance, suggestions, how-to's and quite funny too. All lovers should read this!
