While I thought I knew a bit about the self-publishing side of things, and legalities, this book is definitely an eye-opener. It talked about many legalities that I hadn't thought of before. For the beginner, it has some common definitions and terminology that are good to learn too. I think this is an excellent guide for anyone thinking about self-publishing a book.

It's also useful for small business owners as well as it talks about the differences between LLC, Inc, and other ways to set yourself up. It talks about copyrights, getting sued, and many other things that small business owners of many types may run across.… (plus d'informations)
