I found this a shallow but enjoyable exploration of the trendy foods of the last few decades and who the major movers and shakers in those food fields were. Sax doesn't particularly get into the whys of particular trends, so I think there's more depth that could have been there, but it was fun enough.

Very well researched and insightful. I cannot wait for his new one coming in November 2022 with more on this topic.

I loved this book! It gave an interesting perspective into the "Foodie" industry and how opinions can have such an impact of what we eat and how the products get to us. It's a good book for any one with Foodie interests.
