Decision Making with Insight (with Insight.xla 2.0… par Sam L. Savage

Although a bit dated at this point, the book has solid material covering analytical modeling, uncertainties, forecasting, decision trees and optimization. The chapters have parallel paths for using Excel's built-in functions (still works well) or the software that is supplied in the book (now outdated). The examples are well thought out and instructive.

Great book for learning the subject, and also understanding the capabilities built into Excel.
