Robert William Sandford is the author of numerous books on the Canadian mountain West, including Water, Weather and the Mountain West (2007) and The Weekender Effect: Hyperdevelopment in Mountain Towns (2008), both published by Rocky Mountain Books. Bob has served as chair on numerous UN-linked afficher plus initiatives relating to water since 2002 and is presently chair of the Canadian Partnership Initiative of the UN International "Water for Life" Decade. In this capacity, Bob is the only Canadian to sit on the Advisory Committee for the prestigious Rosenberg International Forum on Water Policy. afficher moins
