A scholarly work on the South China Sea back when the Spratly and Paracel Islands weren't yet a possible flashpoint for war between China, the US, the Philippines and just about everyone else. As such it's very outdated but may be worth tracking down to read about some of the micronations based in the Spratlys, including the Kingdom of Humanity and the Republic of Morac Songhrati Meads.
