I have the utmost respect for Albie Sachs, the literary judge of SA. The judgments he wrote while a member of the Constitutional Court in SA are interesting. His vision for, and realisation of, the art collection in the CC is beyond spectacular. It gives me goose-bumps just thinking about it and is surely his crowning achievement. His story deserves to be told. But I did not enjoy this book. The tone was self-congratulatory and arrogant, and I found his partner's perspectives intrusive and at times patronising.… (plus d'informations)
