As with all the Konemann cookery books, every single recipe is accompanied by a photograph with an emphasis on presentation. I have given this book as prizes and as gifts and almost always the recipient comes back to ask about the other two books (cakes and confections in the series).
What is so extraordinary about this cookbook is the plating. Each dish is presented on exactly the right china and in the most artistic manner possible and then beautifully-photographed. The recipes are mouth-watering but the inspiration value of table setting and presentation take this book out of the coffee-table gift book category and right into the one of books you want yourself. For the person who loves to give dinner parties and wants to impress with superlative presentation, I have seen no better book.… (plus d'informations)
