From the Cold War period, this is still a valuable book. Especially useful is the chapter "Politics and Government in the USSR which answers the question "How the Dictatorship of the Party Came About." Photographs of Asian featured women delegates to the Supreme Soviet make a statement. The first constitution is summarized.
