Although informative regarding sleep cycles and when we dream, it did contain bits of the occult, like astral projection and how one could learn to do it purposefully.

A beautiful little book with lots of lore and helpful infographics and charts. Picked it up for the beautiful pastel photos and illustrations throughout and find it charming!

I didn't really read this book but flicked through it, it's an interesting look at how palmistry can help diagnose illness and can help you see possible problems before they become worse. This is not a substitute for medical care but something to use in conjunction to medical care.
Interesting but not really my thing.
