A marathi folk tale retold. Joyous and playful illustrations, telling of a simple tale of need to be helpful and kind.

Ekki hjas one hair and Dokki has two hair and what happens when they meet an old woman in the middle of the forest...

This book was simple and a fast read. I liked how it shows how a child sees their mother sari and shares it with the reader.

A little Indian girl talks about her mothers sari and how it can be so many different things especially when she uses her imagination. This book is good to show different cultures and artifacts.
