O.L. Ramos

I loved this book. I couldn't put it down. O.L. Ramos pulled me in from the beginning of this story and kept me right there until the end. This is the second book in The Keeper Series.

I have to say that I love Vincent. Vincent is a vampire who's in love with Izzy a Keeper. He believes that Izzy is the reincarnation of his past love Isabella and the only one who can fill the hole inside of him. He loves to drink a lot. He's got all kinds of powers and he's funny as hell to boot at times. He doesn't let many people get close to him except for Michael a werewolf who he's known for a long time and thinks of as family, Mary, another vampire, and Izzy, the girl he loves and his best friend loves.

Michael is a werewolf and he's also the Alpha of the Ironskin Pack. His pack is made up of werewolf's, a couple vampires, and slayers. Michael is in love with Izzy also. One of his abilities is that he's an Empath which means he knows how Izzy feels about him and Vincent. Michael can be funny at times but he's more serious than Vincent but just as loveable as Vincent.

Mary is a vampire and she also happens to be Izzy's mom. She was held prisoner by Klein until she managed to escape with help a year ago. She thinks that she could have a chance at happiness and love again with either Vincent or Michael. Mary knows how they both feel about Izzy and tells her she needs to make up her mind. It's been going on long enough and she won't know if she can be with one until Izzy finally decides who she wants to be with.

Izzy's life is a constant adventure. She's always in danger as long as Klein is alive. He wants to destroy the Super's and he wants Izzy. If that isn't enough Izzy is in love with both Vincent and Michael. She loves one as a woman loves a man and the other as a brother but which one is which. This is what she needs to figure out while hoping nothing happens to anyone in her family. The last thing she wants to do is hurt anyone.

This book has almost everything I could want in a book. There's a hint at romance that I can't wait to see blossom into full blown romance. I would love to see how the romance blossoms between them and if they all find love. This book also was full of adventure, hope, and fear. I felt like I was a part of the story and can't wait for more in this series so that I can return to this fabulous world. I will definitely be recommending this book to all of my friends. O.L.
