Security: The False & The True par W. T. Purkiser
Offers a great comparison/contrast of differing views of eternal security from a Wesleyan perspective. Purkiser interacts with differing views in a respectful and loving manner.
This is not unreadable. The authors trace theology through the Bible. I probably would not have read this book had I not been required, but it is not nearly as dull as other books on the topic.
So much better than volume one. This book is coherent. It is a very readable account of the second twenty-five years of the Church of the Nazarene. It covers depression to the late 1950s.
