One of the few Bibles that has the 1881 (English) Revised Version that can be found, although the price is hefty.

As an Interlinear, whenever there is a variation between the KJV and the RV, the RV is on top and the KJV on bottom. Most of the changes involve punctuation (the number of : vs. ; is high). Whereas the separated text is often a hindrance and somewhat irritating while attempting to read the text through, it does highlight and sharpen the distinctions between the older and newer versions. Both versions show great fidelity to the original text; too much fidelity, in fact, since its English is not very English at all.

Whereas the ASV would come out twenty years later, the notes of the American committee are found at the end of the OT and the NT.

With the advent of the e-reader and the likelihood of the English Revised Version getting converted to Kindle and other e-reading types as it already has been for e-Sword, the utility of a book like this for its cost is probably receding.
