Oh wat een prachtig boekje! Het ideale kraamgeschenk.

Dit is niet zomaar een boekje: het is een echte Arrhenius; dus héél mooi qua tekeningen en vormgeving. Het is zacht, mooi in zwart-wit met felle kleuraccenten, het gaat over dieren, zit in een chic en handig doosje, je kan het ophangen… Als er één boek je eerste boek van je leven moet zijn dan zou ik dit kiezen.

Van bij je geboorte is dit boekje al geschikt. Het bevat vilten flapjes en een spiegeltje waardoor het niet alleen mooi om te zien is maar ook baby’s zintuigen en vermogen om te focussen stimuleert. Oh, ik hou hiervan.

En ja, bewust kindvrije mensen kan je hier ook blij mee maken, kijk maar naar mij ;) Maar alle (toekomstige) mama’s en papa’s én hun kroost maak je hier ook heel gelukkig mee. Kopen en schenken dus. Of stiekem voor jezelf houden ;)… (plus d'informations)

Hopping Down the Bunny Trail along with Lifting Flaps!

Join the hunt for the bunny along with other cute friends such as a duckling, and a puppy.

Each animal has a double page spread devoted to it that asks where the friend is, including a flap to look under.

The flaps are great because children love interactive books. They are also amazing because they are made of a heavy-duty type of material that is strongly attached to this board book. These are ready to stand up to strong little fingers wanting to find the missing friend.

Bright colors and illustrations in the book are inviting, and are sure to draw children’s attention.

When the last flap is lifted, there is a safety mirror so the little one can see themselves. Have you seen a small child look at themself in a mirror, be ready for a treat!

You do not want to miss this adorable book. My grandchild loves it, and the flaps have held up well despite getting some hard “love.” The mirror has been a source of lots of fun.

This book can be enjoyed year-round, but during the springtime, it would be a nice addition to an Easter basket. While reading this book, if you make animal sounds, you can expect giggles—your child might try to make some, too.

My grandchild and I both highly recommend this five-star book. It will be enjoyed by children through three-years-old.

Flap Fun!

Open this board book and get ready for some fun. There is a new discovery hidden under every flap! Angels, Christmas trees, gingerbread men, and more are waiting to be found. The flaps themselves are a surprise because they are made of colorful, heavy-duty felt. They are just right for little fingers to grab hold of because they are soft and easy to flip.

Kids will love both the cheery pictures and all the activities inside. The last flap contains a mirror, that is sure to make children smile. The whole volume is made well, and ready to withstand a little one’s love.

I recommend this five-star book to everyone who wants an entertaining, activity book. Children through three years old will enjoy this.
