In this light, fun, but dated, book a troubled town learns to adapt to its two new members, who happen to have just been released from an institution for people with Cerebral Palsy. The book is dated and does bare a "People with CP really can be active and interesting people, really!" attitude that may offend or seem condescending to people today. The characters are a bit stocky and so are their emotions, but this is still a good little read; and according to my copy it was approved by the ARC (Association for Retarded Citizens).… (plus d'informations)
