This book is useful for developing your 'on-paper' integration skills and keeping them sharp.
There isn't any theory, it's just lists of integrals- of a sort you might find on a well-known electronic encyclopedia.
Having done the usual 'A'-Level examples, it is a good stretch to now try establishing (line by line a la Wolfram) each of the integrals in this book, ie show that the LHS equals the RHS.
