This is almost entirely about machine stitching. Since I do hand embroidery, it wasn't helpful to me. I has some basic metal working techniques if you're new to the area. As usual, it doesn't explain how difficult and time consuming eliminating sharp edges is.

Although it is an excellent book, small children will probably not find the black-and-white images very appealing. The book would be much more fitting for 8th and 9th graders) a more mature audience), especially if they are studying the civil rights era.… (plus d'informations)
