This is an updated version of "The Living Qabalah." It is a truly versatile and wide ranging book that can serve both as a text and manual. One could keep themselves occupied ad infinitum with the suggestions, exercises, and ideas in the book.

My Bible. Parfitt's style is understated, perhaps deceptively so, but his techniques are undeniably effective. This is a work that both provided appreciable results and improved my life in the long run. Worth revisiting multiple times.

Kabbalah For Life
How to Use the Power and Wisdom of this Ancient Tradition
by Will Parfitt

I found this 244 page book on the Kabbalah very intriguing, one of the things I found so fascinating is the way it is multifaceted, one layer upon another, just like all of us interconnected and united as one. The author did an excellent job at acquainting me, but not overwhelming me with the information. There are simple illustrations throughout that helped to explain the well presented material. Ancient, wonderful, deep, foreboding and magical all at the same time.

The section on Creation Mythology was fun to read, kinda like a history report and fairytale all rolled into one. There was frank talk about how to tell angels from demons that left me a little nervous, but with the suggestions and instructions right there I got right through it and learned a lot in the process. I would recommend this spiritually enlightening book to students of the Kabbalah or anyone that has an interest in it.

Love & Light,

Riki Frahmann
