Finally got around to adding this on Goodreads. If you're looking for something that gives a modern overview of the process of making chocolate, starting with small treats and moving up towards fantastic party centerpieces, this is the book you need.

Printed in three separate languages (all in the same copy~English, German and French), Ewald Notter clearly describes the fantastic art form of sugar pulling and sugar blowing. Colorful detailed pictures of "how-to" accompany this very well designed textbook. Great reference for artists, pastry chefs and creative amateurs! Sherrianne
