Dao-In, which meas energy conduction, is an ancient system of gentle movements and meditative postures that nurture and invigorate personal energy and attunes it to the universal vitality.

Dao-In is part of the Taoist Immortal cultivation and is also part of their medical system. Traditional Chinese medicine not only involves acupuncture, and herbology, it frequently recommends movements to aid in the recovery from certain physical ailments. Because Dao-In energizes and conducts your energy through certain specific channels, it can also break up and dissipate emotional problems. It is expecially effective for people who sit too much or for those who have their energy concentrated in their heads.

With over 85 photographs, Hua-Ching Ni clearly and meticulously guides you through the 49 postures including many sitting meditation postures never shown before. This book was designed to compliment and explain the Dao-In video which is also part of the 'Master's Series' of Taoist Internal Arts. These gentle movements can be done by almost anyone in almost any circumstance, and for the serious student looking for longevity and spiritual immortality...the foundation is here.

Hua-Ching Ni is the author of over fifty books in Chineses and forty in english on philosophy, Chinese medicine, Tai Chi Chuan, Taoist meditation and related subjects. His practice of Chinese medicine and herobology spanned over five decades in China, Taiwan and the U.S. He has been invited to lecture world-wide on such subjects as religion, natural philosophy and practice for spiritual growth.

Hua-Ching Ni was chosen as a youth to spend years living with and learning form the wise hermits who lived away from mainstream China mastering the integral way of life and teaching. He was raised in a long family tradition of healing and spirituality that is carried on today in Santa Monica by his two sons Drs. Daoshing and Maoshing Ni. Hua-Ching Ni has devoted his life to continuing a spiritual tradition transmitted through an unbroken succession of 74 generations of Masters dating back to 200 A.D. He is fully acknowledged and empowered as Master of all aspects of The Integral Way and metaphysics.

In this volume, Master Ni does not give an intellectual survey describing the surface level of religious history. Rather, as an open-minded student and achieved teacher of universal spirituality, he examines and discusses all levels and topics of religious and spiritual activity. There exists and original spiritual essence that transcends the general differences of religious practice and expression. The nature of this essence is presented in a comprehensive manner throughout this book. Returning to this natural essence of universal spirituality can help you to develop your own correct spiritual knowingness… (plus d'informations)
