C# Game Programming Cookbook for Unity 3D par Jeff W. Murray
A great book; the best on Unity I've seen so far. It does irks me on two aspects: lots of classes with multiple responsibilities/shared references, and syntax inconsistency. But the author's heart is in the right place.
