No reviews??? Currently reading, but the first chapter or two were very good as a biology review of the cell. Maybe its just the dummy in me talking, but i like the pictures.

Chemie für Dummies par John T. Moore

Ich finde es sehr gut für den Einstieg geeignet, vor allem für ein Studium in Naturwissenschaften zur Vorbereitung auf eine Vorlesung Chemie. Ausreichen tut es im Studium aber wohl nicht.

Chemistry Essentials For Dummies par John T. Moore

Unsuitable for a mature intelligence. There is a horrible absence of numeric chemistry books suitable for adults. There are only textbooks and intelligent, non-numeric books.

Organic Chemistry II For Dummies par Moore

Like most of the for dummies series, its a good suplement, but if this is all you have to work from, then you are completly doomed. i caught at least one error (where the author indicated the reaction was going to involve KI but instead involved NaI) and I'm sure that if I caught one there were likely others. A lot of the material really was a waste of my time, which was understandable, as the author couldn't possibly know what areas of o-chem II my profesor would want us to concentrate on. Not really enough humor either. That all said, it was a good suplement in that it did help connect some of the dots to help a student better understand the wicked evil that is o-chem II.… (plus d'informations)
