A great book to keep you balanced and appreciative of the life you have.
This book reminded me of Anne Lamott's Bird by Bird, as both books tie experiences in the author's life to a larger subject (writing, Zen Buddhism).

This book shines as a great example of the author practicing what she preaches... there is no "one" answer. No perfect way to do anything. All we've got is this moment, where our lives unfold.
