A good collection of practical tips on behavior modification techniques to apply mostly on yourself. Each chapter is focused on a single subject with a few stories to flesh out the research. The end of each chapter has a short summary of main points to keep in mind for application.

People believing that can do something (because you asked them to teach another) often rise to the expectation. At the end of the day, the book's biggest contribution is citing experiments Milkman and other performed to verify the techniques rather than the typical anecdote recounts.… (plus d'informations)
