Excellent book with great nutritional information and recipe suggestions to keep your cat healthy on what cats naturally eat, not the unhealthy fat and fiber-laden junk in the stores. Easy recipes, rationale behind the diet decisions, and techniques for transitioning your cats diet make this a great one-stop-shop.

My favorite part of this book is the section that provides recipes for all sorts of natural face mask, perfumes and creams prepared using natural ingredients. Some of its dated but there is still a lot of good material in this book.
