Gives you a sense of Kurdistan and it's relationship with Iran, Iraq, and Turkey, between which it has been trisected, but the narrative feels a bit cumbersome. Worth reading, though, in order to get a sense of how Kurdish groups have played and been played off of each other by Iran, Iraq, Turkey, and international agencies.
