Very exciting read. The author uses a story to impart a lot of ideas concerning change in your life, the accompanying obstacles, and suggestions on dealing with them in a positive way. Presents Zen principles for daily living without being preachy or too precious. Clear, accessible, and potentially life-changing.

The Laws of Subtraction by Matthew May is worth your time but the content is mixed. Where it's good, it's inspired. But otherwise there's no shortage of biz-speak aimed at the appropriate audience. This is great book full of stories to fuel thought on the philosophy of subtraction. It theorizes, through a conversational tone, that we can all benefit from subtraction in our working and home lives. It's one of those rare useful and awesome leadership books that are actually fun to read and not dragged down by academic speak.
