I am a Midwesterner transplanted to Los Angeles. I write for television and film as well as books. I am married and have two children. I love diet coke and chocolate...but not at the same time they are icky at the same time.

I really enjoyed this book it was full of push and pull, I cant be with her/him but I cant fight this chemistry we have. Dillon started out as a serious jerk because he did not want to acknowledge that there might be something between him and Lane and Lane just wanted to follow her dreams and quit being hurt by Dillon's words. I extremely loved the banter between everyone especially Choo, he was my favorite. I highly recommend this book to anyone because its got a great storyline, the characters are well written, the steamy moments are sexy, and it keeps you intrigued throughout the whole story.… (plus d'informations)

I keep thinking each book in the series keeps getting better and better but I have to say so far this is my favorite because I loved Webber from day 1. He was obnoxious and put on a good front but underneath all that he had a kind and loving soul. Ellen was such a refreshing character yes she was a nerd but she was a smart nerd that despite having a rich father pretty much paved her own way. These two together on paper probably shouldn’t have worked but they did and the chemistry was hot. I loved this story so much.… (plus d'informations)

I haven't read any of the other books in this series but you better believe I'll be reading them soon! This was a really good book.
Ryan, the billionaire, buys a resort after his love is killed in a car crash. He believes that his love life is over. He sells his media company and goes undercover at his new resort to determine what the problems are. The employees are afraid of management so he thinks this is the best way. He meets Charla, a server, at the resort bar and sparks fly! He falls hard and fast but he's hiding things from her and that's a no no. Will Charla be able to overcome her trust issues? Will she let herself be open to being hurt again? You'll have to read the book to find out but it's worth the time. Good job Maggie Marr! I received an ARC for an honest review.… (plus d'informations)

I don't believe I've met the Legends before so can't compare this to the others in the series but this one was very good! I loved the banter between Weber and Ellen. I also loved that Ellen has two very different looks! Loved the family dynamics and the romance too. Will definitely be meeting the rest of the clan in their own books after reading this one.

I was gifted with an ARC in return for an honest review.
