I admire the heroine in this romance. She is supportive, and has significant patience with the hero. She does research on the effects of PTSD and even attends group meetings on her own so she can better understand what's happening with him.

I didn't like heroine at first. Rampant emotions and screaming at work. It's just not done.
This story is filled with angst about jobs, careers, family, secrets, blackmail, and political maneuverings.
I did like the hero a lot. While he has a bit to learn in this story, he is always well meaning and sensitive to others. He only wants the best for the heroine even if he mangles the delivery a bit. That's okay, because we know his heart. And in the end, he's a good man.… (plus d'informations)
