A very good book, about Mr. Lockwood’s life, and life in general...oh, and baseball also. If I had one complaint it would be that it didn’t go into great enough detail. Mr. Lockwood has some great insight (pun intended) on pitching, and life, which can be applied in many areas. If you are thinking about becoming a pitcher, or know someone who is, this book should be a must read.

He lets the reader into his psyche, describing the mental preparation and visualization technique that he applied to pitching in the latter part of his career, and exactly how it feels to be on the mound pitching in the major leagues. This is a very good baseball story told by an excellent storyteller.… (plus d'informations)
