Fink, M.D., and "The Lighthearted Cookbook" (1988), published in conjunction with the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Each book contains over 200 recipes reflecting research on nutritional guidelines that can reduce the risk of developing cancer or heart disease. Among Lindsay's other works are "Smart Cooking" (1986, rev. ed., 1996), "The Lighthearted Every Day Cookbook" (1991), "Low-Cholesterol Cuisine" (1992), "Anne Lindsay's Light Kitchen" (1994) and "Anne Lindsay's New Light Cooking"(1998). All feature taste-appealing, health-promoting, easy-to-make foods. Anne Lindsay Greer was born in Canada in 1944.
