A Pride and Prejudice variation that takes place after the Netherfield Ball and when Jane and Elizabeth Bennet are staying at their Aunt Gardiner's in Gracechurch Street. Where we meet her good friend Lord Matlock and his family; Darcy and the Bingley's.

The time is about a year after Jane and Elizabeth Bennet's marriages and their different experiences of this. Added to this mix are the characters from the original including Caroline Bingley.
In this Pride and Prejudice variation begins just after the Nethefield Ball, and all the party there are leaving to go back to London. As Darcy is on his last ride in the area he meets a very cold and wet Elizabeth.
Due to malicious rumours flying round the ton in London a few days later, Darcy believes he can only save the reputation of the Bennets by his marriage to Elizabeth
This is the story of two people trying to discover each other and themselves, and the trials they go through.
