I love Oprah Winfrey because she came from a long way. I believe it is always a second chance and when she got her second chance she used it for the better. Now she is one of the few African American women who is successful.

This children's biography follows Oprah's career from a local news anchor to a media mogul. the book is well organized with facts about her life in a chronological order. This would be a great book for young girls to read in hopes that it would inspire them to do great things. I found this book educational and entertaining, I mean, who doesn't like Oprah?
