I love eggs, especially for breakfast, so I kind of feel like this cookbook was made for me. Aside from all the great recipes, there are sections that explain what all the labels means when it comes to eggs, what the parts of an egg are, and giving basic cooking style instructions, sometimes with several variations. (I've long been search for the "perfect" poached egg, so I'll be trying all the methods provided.)

This cookbook emphasizes farm-to-table cooking--and I personally recommend farm fresh eggs, rather than store bought. Yes, you can taste the difference.

There are also really cute pictures of things like chicken and goats.
