Snowflakes and Schnapps
Beautiful book and nice intro but would have loved stories or information pertaining to each recipe. Where did this one come from? Why did you choose it. Still I'm happy someone finally got me this book I've had on a wishlist for 13!!! Years.
Very pretty to look at, but this book is completely useless for our vegan household - even most of the drinks would not be possible to make without some modification!
Even if you are not vegan, this book is a bit of a mish-mash: it is not organised in sections by type of food, or even particularly useful 'themes' or 'regions'. And most of the recipes seem to be merely examples of 'food porn' rather than meals most people would even attempt. So as a recipe book, not that great. As a coffee table book or a gift to a foodie friend it is probably okay.… (plus d'informations)
