Well-done retelling of a chapter from The Wind in the Willows, and the illustrations are good, for the most part.

51 months - Nice Goodwill find. We have the companion book "The Haunted Castle" which was a hit with my step son and my daughter. This story has less depth to it and isn't nearly as creepy but still fun especially with the holograms.

29 months - the holograms add a fun element to an otherwise mediocre book.

I bought this tiny little book (3.25 x 4.25 x .5 inches) for Travis, my Teddy Bear.

Travis loves to hear me read aloud from this Mini Classics story book. It's the classic story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears as retold by Stephanie Laslett.

Travis is especially delighted by the colorful illustrations by Nigel McMullen that are pictured on nearly every page of this minuscule manuscript.
