My Snowman, Paul is a great addition to your child's bookshelf!

I loved the bright purples within this book - all of the contrasting colours worked well in the soft setting. The art style itself was so soft and smooth, which was very nice on the eyes.

There's lots of rhyming in this book! Us, fuss, fun, anyone, etc! The rhyming scheme is definitely fun and enjoyable as you follow along with the story.

The main theme of this story seemed to be - do what you love no matter what other people say. Bill, the boy who thinks Snowmen are dumb, taunts Dan. When Dan's Mom tells him to go build a snowman anyway, he learns that it's great to do what you love even if other people don't see the fun in it. He even made a new best friend, Paul the snowman!

The book is very short (barely 15 pages) but is a nice, quick read for your children! It's cute, fun and tells a great lesson for all kids!

This boxset is super cute and totally worth it!

The first book, My Snowman, Paul, is a real treasure! I've previously read this book and I still love it. Who doesn't love a cute story about making friends with fantastic art? The story and theming is a must have, must read for any child's book shelf! The main theme of this book (in my opinion) was doing what you love no matter what other people say.

The second book, Snowman Paul at the Winter Olympics, opens up with the super smart Paul reading a newspaper! This ambitious snowman wants to win an Olympic medal, and he plans to meet this goal! Paul introduces his little friend to the quality of confidence! If you aren't confident in yourself, however are you going to succeed? Even if you fail, at least you tried! The rhyming scheme is present in this book yet again, but it felt just right in this book. The art was ridiculously cute, and continues with the same style from the first novel (My Snowman, Paul). It passes my expectations for a simple picture book about a Snowman! I'd highly recommend this book, especially since it shows some of the amazing sports in the Winter Olympics, including ski-jumping, speed-skating, and curling. It's a fun book for any child's shelf. If you can, pick up the box set! The main theme behind this book was not cheating and being honest.

The third book, Snowman Paul Returns to the Winter Olympics, is yet another wonderful addition to this series. This time, Paul is a referee at the Olympics! But, if we learned anything from last time, maybe Paul shouldn't be trusted with this job... So, what lesson can Paul teach us this time around? This time, Paul is too busy being a referee and working really hard! This book was a little shorter than the last one (well, it felt shorter), but the story was just as strong! All work and no play makes Paul a bored snowman!

The last book of this boxset, Snowman Paul and Kate's Olympic Dream, adds to this epic series of tales! Kate, Paul's friend, knows how to skate! She's really good, but wants Paul to teach her how to win! Dan and Paul worked with Kate to practice her jumps, speed and twirls so she could get better and make it to the Olympics! With the encouragement of Paul and Dan, they made Kate realize that she shouldn't give up on her dreams! The more she practiced and believed in herself, the better she did! And after all was said and done, they helped Dan out too!

Overall, this boxset is an excellent addition to your book shelf! The important themes are incredible!

Yossi Lapid is back at it again with this super sweet book!

Sasha is the cutest little pup, and it's time for him to have an adventure! He's very lucky, gets to have fun walks, and gets treats! Buuuut, he hates his red leash. The red leash is absolutely awful! He must fight the urge to be free but unsafe.

This story is sweet! I think it's a great picture book with a lovely little story. It's also packed with the most adorable pictures. Sasha is a little troublemaker, but he's super cute. Kids will love him! There's also a spot in the book where you can talk with your kiddos about whether Sasha and his owners are being safe or not, so it has a bit of an educational kick to it! I love books that educate!

I absolutely love the illustrations. They are soft, colourful and very sweet. I think they fit the story just perfectly!

Overall, this book is such a cute, little gem! I adore it! I'd highly recommend this book for your children's picture book shelf!

It's spooky time with Snowman Paul!

I absolutely adore Snowman Paul and his shenanigans! He's such a sweet character with a fun array of stories. This time around he's taking part in my favourite holidays: Halloween!

Our friend in this story comes across many warnings as he's walking: aliens, witches and Snowman Paul in a dragon costume!

I absolutely love the soft and colourful pictures in this book! They are detailed enough to pull you in and colourful enough to grab your attention! Bight greens and oranges give it a more spooky feel to go along with the Halloween feel. And there's also a super cute rhyming scheme that had me singing in my head as I read the book. It adds to the fun level.

Yet again, Yossi Lapid has a hit on his hands! If you have little ones and are looking for a fun picture book, pick up this series. It is totally worth it!
