This is an excellent atlas for cooking. Granted, certain states were VERY obvious. (Of course Idaho was a potato recipe). But it was still fun!

And it's written by a Gabrielle too ;)

I did a little ditty on Facebook, 50 states 50 days, what I learned from this cookbook, one state at a time. It's fabulous!
